Our focus is simple...make technology easy and help our clients use it as effectively as possible.OVERVIEWThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and supervision of the warehouse, ensuring that these operations meet or exceed performance expectations. The individual is also accountable for maintaining data integrity for all materials received into and deployed from the warehouse. All tasks must be completed safely and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesSupervise warehouse staff and daily activitiesChecking orders, bills, items received, inventory and deliveriesConduct physical counts of products and reconcile data to maintain adequate inventory levelsDevelop and monitor procedures for safety and security of the warehouse and all goodsInspect all warehouse equipment and order repairs and replacements when requiredProcess, pack and ship orders accurately and timelyMaintain inventory levels and restock as needed – communicate to Project ManagersInspect products for damages and report as neededMaintain a clean and orderly warehouseDefine warehouse SLA’s and SOP’sEstablish or adjust work procedures to meet departmental schedules and requestsIdentify areas of improvementEscalate issues promptly and effectivelyReceive and appropriately sort and store incoming productsSchedule material pickup with delivery partners and other departmentsPrepare material for shipment by Federal Express and UPSWork with third party trucking firms, Fedex, UPS and local logistics companiesReconcile all freight billsUtilizing NetSuite to streamline processes and reduce manual tasksRelease product to configuration area as requiredControl and organize storage and inventory spaceMaintain warehouse equipment, forklifts, pallet lifts, mail machinesCommunicate position expectations and train employeesCustom Computer Specialists Offers:Medical and dental plansCompany paid vision and short and long term disability plansFlexible spending programs including Healthcare, Dependent Care, Transit and Parking401K with employer matchOnsite fitness center (or gym membership reimbursement for client or satellite based employees)Paid holidays and vacationTechnical certification gift card rewards programCome experience our unique culture and see how our “right people, right results” philosophy has led to our outstanding success!
