Leverage your 5+ years of expertise in commercial property management to oversee a portfolio of non-residential, non-multifamily properties. This position emphasizes lease administration, financial reporting, and tenant relations. A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute asset plans, oversee daily operations, and foster positive relationships with property owners and tenants.Use strong problem-solving abilities to manage risks and ensure adherence to lease agreements.Prepare and evaluate financial statements, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and reports, while managing rent collection and deposits.Oversee real estate projects such as tenant improvements, and conduct regular inspections to uphold high standards across all property areas.Manage service contracts to deliver quality and cost-effective services, and periodically assess vendor performance.Collaborate with senior executives, providing analytical insights and support.Ideal Qualifications:
Your practical experience in commercial real estate, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of industry operations, is essential. You excel at working independently while collaborating effectively with clients, possess excellent time management abilities, and communicate with clarity and impact.Salary and Benefits:
