Motive
Lead Customer Campaigns Manager
Motive, San Francisco, California, United States, 94199
About the Role:
At Motive, the growth marketing team is responsible for maximizing pipeline and revenue growth across new business and current customers. We put the user first - ensuring we are delivering on our core value proposition and putting the right message in the right moment.
Motive is looking for an analytical, revenue driven marketer to build creative and high impact customer campaigns across all of our verticals, regions, and segments. You’ll be responsible for building out the expansion campaign strategy and executing campaigns from start to finish, including the identification of buyer needs and campaign themes, target account lists, integration of sales and marketing activities, and reporting on the success of marketing activities.
You’ll collaborate cross functionality with operations, analytics, sales, design, and many other groups who can help Motive achieve its growth goals. You’ll focus on the key metrics that matter to sellers - filling the pipe, driving win rates, and driving growth within the account base.
What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and optimize integrated campaigns that support delivery of expansion pipeline to sellers and overall attainment of Motive’s expansion revenue goals
Drive our global campaign planning and execution to support customer expansion, based on our aligned GTM priorities
Utilize account-based thinking as a core campaign foundation of all campaign activities, and partner closely with sales teams to identify the right accounts to target, and ensure messaging across both sales and marketing is integrated
Partner with product marketing to understand ideal buyer personas and define solutions to their real world challenges that Motive can solve
Build our customer funnel and work to define the journey of how customers progress to maximize LTV
Define key success metrics and work closely with our analytics team to define ongoing reporting
Work closely with our creative team to develop and optimize our articulation of value through sight, sound, and motion
What We're Looking For:
6+ years of overall marketing experience with at least 5+ years of B2B experience
Experience managing complex integrated campaigns in an account based selling and marketing environment
Someone who loves building, and is comfortable with defining new strategies and plans
Someone with an operational mindset who will be able to take complex concepts and put them into practice, working cross-functionally across many stakeholders
A constant learner, with deep knowledge of the performance marketing landscape
Strong experience with presenting to sales and marketing leaders and distilling complex analysis into essential considerations that support decision making
Experience working with modern tools and a strong understanding of how data flows end to end
Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to create, work and summarize large data sets into clear insights that inform decisions.
Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders on outcomes & recommendations, and an interest in teaching others.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, computer science, or related field.
