We’re seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing leader with deep expertise in paid search to spearhead Loom’s growth worldwide. This leader will be central to our online marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to leverage paid search and other performance channels in driving scalable growth. The ideal candidate combines a solid foundation in paid search and performance marketing with strategic insight, team leadership, and analytical prowess.
In this role, you will own and optimize Loom's paid search strategy across platforms, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, aligned with growth objectives, and delivering strong ROI. Your innovative strategies, coupled with precise execution, will elevate Loom’s digital presence, attract high-quality leads, and solidify our competitive market standing.
Responsibilities
Lead paid search strategy and execution
to scale Loom’s growth, targeting channel expansion, enhancing lifetime value, and fostering loyalty in key customer segments. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns
across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize reach and ROI. Drive continuous campaign improvement
through rigorous KPI analysis and optimization techniques to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention within paid search. Collaborate cross-functionally
with Product, Design, and Data teams to develop effective ad creatives, optimize landing pages, and conduct A/B tests to enhance conversion rates. Partner with Data Science
to understand and analyze user engagement trends specific to paid search and performance marketing. Build growth forecasts
and work with Finance and Product teams to develop performance-based scenarios and budgetary alignment. What We’re Looking For
6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search campaigns Deep experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product, Design, and Finance to drive growth initiatives Proven expertise in audience building, leveraging advanced segmentation and targeting techniques to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities Compensation

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $150,700 - $200,900 Zone B: $135,600 - $180,800 Zone C: $125,000 - $166,700 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
