Associate System Administrator – Culinary and Nutrition

supports various specialized Culinary and Foodservice digital platforms, specifically but not limited to MealSuite Blueprint 360, Master List Management (locked order guide platform), and Foodservice Direct Order. Provides support for contracting and sourcing initiatives across multiple food service and culinary categories through software driven processes, compliance, and purchased services. Performs all data collection tasks and analysis related to initiatives. Assists with vendor management, term compliance, new product or systems implementations ensuring compliance with UHS Legal and Business specifications, department operating procedures and sound systems administration practices.Key Responsibilities include:Implements and maintains Master List Management, including builds based on regions training of facility level users, and processing item requests.Implements and maintains foodservice management systems such as Blueprint 360, including ingredient analysis, distribution confirmation, and recipe entry. Partners with vendor support teams in facility level implementations.Creates menu cycles based on maximizing purchasing programs, availability, clinical parameters, and regional preferences. Educates facilities on and assist in implementing such cycles.Obtains necessary data points and performs analytics in support of contract and compliance initiatives. Reports on financial progress of systems implemented.Partners with vendors and software system designers to maximize and support corporate based enterprise systems.

Qualifications
