Overview:Verbal Beginnings is seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Human Resources Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring we foster an environment where talent thrives and the organization evolves.Responsibilities:HR Leadership & Oversight:
Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members while consulting with Field and Center departments to implement HR programs and services that align with business goals. Oversee and manage the Leave of Absence program, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other applicable state and federal regulations.Senior Leadership Collaboration:
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contribute insights and strategic direction on key HR activities, including retention, high-volume staffing, scaling HR functions, leveraging technology solutions, and enhancing team efficiency.HR Planning & Succession:
Collaborate with leadership to identify the people and organizational implications of business strategies, including talent identification, succession planning, and leadership development.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, employee services, and leadership development to implement company-wide programs and address business needs.Performance Management:
Work with teams to manage key HR processes such as performance management (assessment, calibration, and compensation planning), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Employee Relations & Compliance:
Provide expertise in employee relations, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance with state and federal employment laws.Performance Improvement:
Work closely with managers and employees to address performance-related issues and provide solutions for continuous improvement.Data Analytics & Trend Identification:
Utilize data analytics to identify trends and proactively develop solutions that address evolving workforce needs.Talent Strategy Development:
Define, design, and implement HR strategies that foster a culture of development, growth, and innovation, ensuring our workforce remains highly engaged and aligned with the company’s mission.Organizational Consulting & Coaching:
Act as an internal consultant, providing coaching and advice to leaders, managers, and employees on organizational development and change management issues.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including managing teams, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success and align with organizational goals.Expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, management development, employee relations, and strategic process management.Healthcare industry experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have supported Allied Health or Behavioral Health organizations.Demonstrated experience in building and scaling teams or functions in high-growth environments.Strong communication and collaboration skills.SHRM Certification preferred.Pay Range:
USD $140,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Hr.
