What you do:

The Director of Communications develops and executes communications programs in support of our key strategies, priorities and initiatives. The director will lead planning and execution of multiple key internal communications programs with the goal of increasing employee engagement. In addition, the director will be responsible for planning communication across all internal communications channels including company-wide meetings. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Corporate Communications.The Director will be one of three functional leads for the Communications team and will focus on aspects of the company that contribute to an exceptional employee experience. This Communications leader will provide indirect leadership to a team of 2-3 communications professionals supporting: Benefits, Performance and Compensation, Employee Experience, and Learning and Development as well as selected other areas that impact employee well-being.Job Functions:

Leads development and execution of communications strategies across selected areas of the enterpriseIdentifies ways to extend and reinforce key messages across all communications channelsDefines annual communications plans in concert with other divisions of the company to advance business goals and support efforts across key growth areasWhat you bring:

8+ years of experience required in communications with emphasis on internal communicationsFour-year degree required in PR, Communications or Journalism or equivalentWhat we offer:
