As a Senior Product Manager at Corcentric, you will join a driven, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will be responsible for managing our Supplier Portal solutions, including the portal, supplier management, supplier enrollment and managed workspaces solutions. This role will involve product strategy, roadmap, planning and release readiness for these solutions. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with other product managers, business leads, customers, scrum teams and cross functional members to provide direction, guidance, and support to deliver these solutions. You will also collaborate with the various Corcentric Managed Services teams. Success in this role requires developing in-depth Supplier Portal product knowledge and an understanding of underlying functional and technical relationships. The Senior Product Manager will also periodically visit customer sites and attend relevant events to keep pulse on customer challenges and needs. We are currently hiring out of the following office locations: McLean, VA Cherry Hill, NJ Downers Grove, IL This role may be eligible for voluntary work-from-home consideration. In order to be considered for this position, you should live within a commutable distance to one of these office locations, even if you plan to request a work-from-home arrangement, as there may be times when in-person meetings, training sessions, social events, or similar activities are held onsite. As a Senior Product Manager, you will: Provide strategic and thought leadership on buyer-supplier collaboration initiatives, especially with the development of the supplier portal, supplier management, supplier enrolment and managed workspaces solutions. Create detailed technical requirements in epics & user stories, engaging with customers and internal communities in the ideation process. Monitor, prioritize and maintain product backlog and product roadmap for the supplier portal, supplier management, supplier enrolment and managed workspaces solutions. Gain a deep understanding of customer experiences to identify and fill product gaps, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth. On an ongoing basis, work with other product managers in understanding business requirements for their respective solutions and the need to integrate with procurement and financial solutions. Manage relationships with partners to support product development and compliance as well as provide value added services to suppliers on the portal. Work with the development team on UI design/ validation, sprint reviews and UAT sign off. Write release documentation and create product materials to train cross functional teams. Drive cross-organizational readiness for new releases. Lead and manage alpha/beta programs as necessary. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation in the supplier collaboration and business network space. Support sales calls, including the Managed Services calls and assist the software product help desk as the subject matter expert. Be a positive influence with cross-functional teams, generating motivation to remove organizational roadblocks, driving engagement, and fostering a spirit of curiosity, innovation, and camaraderie. You'll need to have: At least 7 years of experience relevant to Product Management in the B2B, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) space Experience with a cloud-enabled, enterprise software company Capability and eagerness to get into the weeds and become the go-to expert for the product. Domain expertise in procurement and financial solutions. Passion about dissecting challenges and coming up with solutions. A track record of taking ownership, cross-functional leadership and decision-making. A growth-mindset and intrinsic curiosity. The ability to analyze and synthesize complex topics, as well as simplify and organize information effectively for others. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Agile software development methodologies. An undergraduate degree in technical or a related field. The ability to travel from time to time to customer sites and industry events (15%+) It's great if you also have: Familiarity with ERPs, inventory applications and managed services. Technical familiarity including understanding of coding and IT standards.
