Represent public entities in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative hearings.Provide strategic legal advice on issues related to public agency, education, and labor and employment law.Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare various legal documents.Collaborate closely with clients to offer guidance on collective bargaining and contract grievances.Address matters involving discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and other employment-related issues.Stay updated on relevant legal developments and provide training to clients as needed.Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in labor and employment litigation, focusing on public agency matters.Proven trial experience with strong oral advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and effectively within a team-oriented environment.Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications

Active member of the California State Bar.Skills
