Overview:The Cameras team at Verkada builds products to prevent crime, improve employee experience, and drive operational efficiencies for customers across industries and around the world. As leader of our flagship product line, your job is to establish Verkada as the market leader for enterprise video security offerings. You'll have a General Manager scope and broad cross-functional responsibilities, including defining the product roadmap and vision, identifying areas for growth, and ensuring our products are best-in-class for performance and reliability. Responsibilities:

Lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers to tackle a massive product category

Deeply understand current customer use cases and challenges with existing solutions

Develop and drive our Cameras roadmap to become the #1 player in the category

Identify new AI and computer vision technologies that will improve customer experiences and differentiate our offering

Define the feature set and offering that will help our customers protect their people and property

Launch into our established sales channel and reseller network. Own pricing, go-to-market positioning, and sales training

Requirements:

Proven history of launching and scaling new B2B products. Former founders who have scaled products to $100M+ will do very well in this role

Ability to lead across strategy and execution. We pride ourselves in sweating the details and search for this in candidates

Real passion for craftsmanship and product details. If you've spent days retrofitting your house with the latest smart home technology, you'll like it here

12+ years of experience in product or engineering leadership

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar quantitative field. MS, PhD, or MBA optional
