This platform, a culmination of major advancements in molecular biology, emulsion chemistry, consumables, 3D imaging, and computational imaging, stands as a next-generation PCR platform with unparalleled precision and accuracy in quantifying single molecules in a highly multiplexed manner.

Your Role: Support UltraPCR applications development programs, working directly with senior staff in designing and running experiments, and analyzing complex datasets. Contribute to data generation for use in marketing materials, such as technical notes and poster presentations, in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues. Become a hands-on expert of the UltraPCR assay, and quickly learn how to perform our state-of-the-art multiplex assay design to enable unprecedented multiplex PCR capabilities. Support our customer-facing colleagues as a spokesperson for UltraPCR training and technical education. Report directly to the Sr. Manager, Product Applications Uphold the highest standards by following all company policies and health and safety codes.
Your Profile: Must hold a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Virology, or the Biomedical Sciences. Have from 0 years to 4 years (in total) of industry experience in the field of genomics and applications. Possess expertise in quantitative molecular biology techniques beyond standard PCR, including at least one of the following: qPCR, NGS, or digital PCR. Have direct experience in custom molecular assay design logic, testing, analysis, and optimization. Bring experience in PCR or NGS assay design focused on gene therapy, infectious disease, and/or liquid biopsy. Demonstrate a keen interest in applying statistics to data analysis, and building clinical diagnostics, supported by a productive publication record and awareness of current methodologies in molecular research. Leverage strong data analysis skills, using common programming languages such as R to manipulate and extract information from large datasets. Embrace a team-player mentality, eagerly training and mentoring junior colleagues to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
For this position, the base pay range is: $105,000-$130,000 per year.
