Description:
Entry level HR Generalist to provide general support to the PSO Team and CHCO.
Duties include:Admin support for the CHCO ( Chief Human Capital Officer ) to include managing calendar and schedule, preparing written correspondence, preparing draft presentations, interfacing with executives, attending meetings, taking meeting minutes, collaborating with PSO functions (recruiting, learning and development, business partners, systems, benefits, compensation, analytics, operations, marketing and branding, employee relations) and Division of Management functions.Lead HR related projects and process improvement initiatives.Support PSO functions with marketing and branding campaigns, general HR education campaigns, and other HR admin operations duties as assigned.Support the facilitation of New Employee Orientation.Serve as ad-hoc team member on various PSO/HR committees.Support PSO business partners with ad-hoc assignments, admin work, correspondence, scheduling, presentations.Other HR related duties as assigned.Required skills:Administration & CommunicationClericalCustomer ServiceEditing/ProofreadingOrganizationPlanning/SchedulingProject ManagementStrong customer service, strong writing skills, analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, proficiency and experience working in at least 2 of the primary HR signature functions (Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Systems, Data and Analytics, HR Operations).Soft Skills, Competencies and Additional/Desired Skills:Confidentiality is a must, interpersonal communication skills, political savvy, team player, customer service, proactive, functions well in ambiguity, strategic agility, and perspective.Preferred hours:

Role will be performed in a hybrid environment. Selected candidate will need to come in for fingerprinting and other business needs. The candidate must meet minimum requirement of on-site presence at least 4 days per month, including Division required days (*must be able to increase on-site presence depending on work demands or compliance changes). Selected candidate should have demonstrated success working in a remote environment. Important soft skills include excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management, responsive and highly reliable, receptive to constructive feedback. Please note there is a great emphasis that the candidate will need to be able to handle confidential materials.
