Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant
with multiple implementations/support experience, covering all Core HCM functional activities. This position’s primary responsibility will be to work as a team member on the AMS program. Under limited supervision, the lead consultant must function as a member of a team and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). The lead consultant must possess a fundamental understanding of software/systems analysis, design, and performance principles as well as be able to discuss technical issues competently with client stakeholders and develop technical recommendations based on options presented.The lead consultant will be accountable for driving activities such as maintenance, patching, upgrades, periodic closing/reporting activities, and process improvements. The person will be responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Application, owning solution configurations, demoing new functionalities to clients' HCM applications, and overall Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management, and Recruiting Cloud.The person will provide expertise in supporting industry best practices and customizing the Oracle Fusion applications as per client requirements to enable business processes, as well as interact with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Process Owners, and other IT stakeholders. The person will guide a team of functional and technical consultants to resolve issues in the respective functional area.Key responsibilities for this position include:Developing a good understanding of the business or function for which the application is designed.Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving functional problems impacting the application's performance.Communicating effectively with other leads and conducting regular health checks and discussions with client stakeholders.Accepting and acknowledging incidents/tickets received through the ServiceNow tool.Coordinating closely with 3rd party applications team for integration of Oracle HCM Cloud.Providing resolution of configuration issues and coordinating with application vendor – Oracle and infrastructure support teams like Citrix, network, etc.Creating and maintaining application architecture landscape documentation.Monitoring daily batch/utility operations and fixing any occurring issues.Working on enhancing the current application architecture by implementing new functions and improvements.Automating recurring processes or tasks and enhancing the work environment by making it more efficient.Being available for On Call support of high priority issues.Maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines and working towards achieving it while adhering to Infosys and client processes & policies.Required Qualifications:At least 7+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience.Excellent hands-on working experience on Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management, and Recruiting Cloud.At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences of Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management, and Recruiting Cloud processes.Conversant with the best HR practices in the context of Oracle technologies like Fusion – commanding knowledge over Oracle Cloud out-of-the-box offerings and ability to implement various customizations as per business requirements.Excellent understanding of integrating Fusion applications with external systems using various integration options like web services, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud platform, etc.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Oracle Implementation certification on any of Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management, and Recruiting Cloud is desired.Candidate must be within commuting distance from
Atlanta, GA or Birmingham, AL
or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require 50% travel if you are not from the same location as the project.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
