Director of Enterprise Sales -
with a proven background in
benefit administration technology and services
sales. This role will focus on new growth and expansion of the Empyrean suite of services in the Northeast . The ideal candidate will excel in the enterprise space, driving impactful relationships with prospects, brokers, consultants, and advisors.Key Responsibilities:Achieve and Surpass Revenue Targets
: Lead efforts to reach and exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets through strategic sales and relationship management.Market Knowledge
: Leverage a strong understanding of employee benefits and expertise in benefit administration technology and services to engage prospects, diagnose needs, and deliver comprehensive, effective solutions.Build & Manage Partnerships
: Develop and maintain productive, long-term relationships with brokers, consultants, advisors, and direct employers, building a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.Strategic Sales Approach
: Conduct in-depth discovery to assess client needs, develop customized solutions, and present impactful technology and service demonstrations that drive results.Collaborative Leadership
: Work with marketing, product, operations, and sales support teams to align resources and ensure seamless client experiences and transitions.Detailed Activity Management
: Accurately track and report activities and opportunities, ensuring efficient territory management and data-driven decision-making.Event Leadership
: Represent the brand at industry events, seminars, trade shows, and marketing activities, expanding visibility across Northeast.Qualifications:Experience
: 5+ years in enterprise benefit administration technology and services sales, successfully engaging enterprise clients (5,000+ employees).Relationship Development
: Strong skills in establishing, growing, and managing relationships with brokers, consultants, and employers.Sales Strategy & Execution
: Demonstrated ability to lead sales strategies, negotiate effectively, and close high-value deals.Presentation Skills
: Expertise in delivering impactful, solution-based presentations, with a thorough understanding of benefit administration technology and services.Travel Requirement
