We are seeking a skilled Organizational Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in areas such as Talent Management, Training Delivery, Recruiting, and Human Resources, with a particular focus on applying the ADDIE methodology. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to design and deliver effective training programs, implement best practices in HR processes, and drive process improvements across the organization. Apply ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) methodology to design and deliver effective training programs that meet client needs.Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to employees at all levels, ensuring that content is relevant and accessible.
Talent Management and HR Consulting:
Collaborate with clients to provide tailored talent management solutions that address their specific challenges and goals.Educate clients on best practices in recruiting, talent management, and other HR processes, helping them to optimize their workforce and HR operations.
Technology Utilization:
Leverage platforms such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Workday to enhance consulting services, ensuring that clients have access to the best tools and technologies.Stay up-to-date with new technologies and methodologies, quickly adapting them to improve service delivery.
Process Improvement and Analytics:
Conduct writing, analytics, and efficiency reviews to identify areas for improvement within client operations and internal processes.Work across divisions to review and provide best practice solutions, collaborating with division directors to ensure the continuity and efficiency of operations.Lead specific strategic initiatives aimed at improving business processes and increasing organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Talent Management, Training Delivery, and Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.Familiarity with the ADDIE methodology for instructional design and training development.Experience in writing, analytics, efficiency review, and process improvements.Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver complex information in an engaging and accessible way.Proficiency in using platforms such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Workday.Ability to collaborate effectively across divisions, working closely with various teams to achieve strategic goals.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions.Adaptability and a willingness to quickly learn and implement new technologies and methodologies.Additional Information
