Los Angeles or San FranciscoDirect Counsel is seeking a mid to senior-level associate attorney with a minimum of five years of experience in California traditional labor and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a background in arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges, with a general understanding of federal and state employment laws. Experience in employment litigation and agency charges is beneficial, while prior NLRB experience is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Counsel clients on traditional labor law issues.Manage arbitrations and respond to unfair labor practice charges.Stay updated on federal and state employment laws.Qualifications:Minimum five years of experience in California labor and employment law.Strong academic credentials and writing skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service.Active member of the California bar.This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident and self-motivated attorney looking to grow in a nationally recognized labor and employment practice.Salary:The annualized salary range for this position in California is $290,000 to $330,000, adjusted based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors.
