Overseeing all aspects of case management, including scheduling, deadlines, and document organization.Law and Motion Practice:
Preparing and filing various legal motions, such as motions to compel discovery and summary judgment motions.Discovery/Depositions:
Conducting discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.Trial Preparation:
Assisting in trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and trial strategy development.Research/Writing Tasks:
Conducting legal research on complex construction law issues and drafting legal documents, such as briefs and memos.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in construction litigation or a related field.Strong understanding of construction law principles and procedures.Must have an active license through State Bar of California.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.
