Counsel clients on international trade compliance, customs regulations, and related matters, including tariff classification, valuation, and transfer pricing.Advise clients on issues surrounding forced labor compliance and customs enforcement of antidumping and countervailing duty orders.Represent clients in regulatory interactions related to trade compliance and audits.Collaborate with attorneys from different practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions for clients involved in global trade.Guide clients through international trade agreements and compliance requirements.Requirements
Experience:
At least 7 years in international trade law with expertise in customs, import controls, tariff classification, valuation, transfer pricing, audits, and enforcement of antidumping and countervailing duties.Book of Business:
Must have a portable book of business.Academic Credentials:
JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.Licensing:
Active license to practice law.Skills:
Strong analytical and drafting abilities with a commitment to client-focused service.Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.Project Management:
Proven organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications
Active law license.Skills
