Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in international trade law, with expertise in customs and import compliance, tariff classification, valuation, transfer pricing, and enforcing antidumping and countervailing duties.Book of Business:
Portable book of business is required.Academic Credentials:
JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance.Licensing:
Active law license.Skills:
Proficient in legal analysis, documentation, and a client-centric approach.Communication:
Exceptional communication skills to guide clients effectively.Teamwork:
Capable of working independently and within a collaborative team environment.Project Management:
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications
