Must ensure compliance with negotiated business terms, regulations, and Avantor policies and procedures. This person will communicate across functions to resolve contracting issues and disputes. Must be able to use critical analytical skills and demonstrate sound judgment in satisfactorily resolving contractual issues.This position will report into the SVP - Commercial, IP, Privacy and Contract Lifecycle Management and will be

Minimum 8 years legal experience required
Must have working to expert knowledge of contracting and legal concepts and terms.Experience in the life sciences industry preferred, but not required.Strong background/experience with contract preparation and/or review required.Experience in project management and execution on multi-departmental projects a plus.Advanced abilities for contract negotiation.
