In this position you will work closely with new employees who are relocating to join the company, current employees who are relocating due to promotions and job transfers to new work sites, and divisions of the company.Work with employees to ensure all relocations and job transfers are managed efficiently across the company in a way that promotes a seamless process for the associate and their family.Verify that each employee receives the proper job transfer benefits and per diems.Promote consistent company standards across all divisions and locations company-wide based upon the corporate relocation and job transfer policies.Take ownership for documenting all details in the system and reviewing reports to ensure each job transfer and relocation is being managed efficiently.This company has a high energy, positive, engaging, and inspiring culture where your co-workers are uplifting and striving to do their best while driving the company to record results!
