As a member of the Distribution team supporting Supply Chain Operations Americas, you will act as the link between LEGO stakeholders and our outsourced logistics partners ensuring LEGO products are received, stored and shipped both accurately and timely.Play your part in our team succeeding
Your objective is to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external collaborators by being the main point of contact for operational/tactical issues. We are the team driving behind the scenes, getting the necessary things done that are often invisible to the rest of the organization.Core Responsibilities:
Utilizing an end-to-end mindset, aid operations and proactively interact with our 3PL partners ensuring timely receipt and shipment of finished goods.Manage daily activities with our 3PL’s to include: daily calls, prioritizations, scheduling, trouble-shooting, resolution, etc.Identify trends and provide insight relative to inventory to include: velocity reports, quality and rework opportunities, OS&D’s, returns, claims and disposals.Partner with and support internal stakeholders within Supply Chain Operations Americas.Generate and/or support ideas, projects and others through active engagement and process development.Do you have what it takes?Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Operations Management.Minimum of 3 years experience in Distribution or Logistics.Lead multiple priorities while still achieving agreed upon deadlines.Proven drive and curiosity.Optimally work both independently and in a team environment.Self-motivated and highly organized with ability to work well in a dynamic, fast paced environment.Strong solid understanding of Microsoft Office Products.Ability to work with various cultures.Some overnight domestic travel required.Schedule flexibility to work off hours at night or weekends as necessary.Knowledge of SAP, BW.Boston office based position; minimum commutable days to office is 3 days per week.The salary for this position has a range of min $87,049 to max $130,573 annually based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
