Position Summary
We have an opportunity for an experienced attorney to join the firm’s expanding OFCCP Compliance, Government Contracting and Reporting practice and assume a major role assisting clients with regulatory, compliance, and administrative enforcement issues. This position would be an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in transitioning out of litigation. Requirements
Juris Doctor - Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in their state of residence. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.Candidates must possess 5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience.Prior experience with preparing affirmative action programs and/or assisting with compliance reviews by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), or advising clients on employment matters unique to government contractors including compliance with relevant Federal Acquisition Regulations clauses, and/or minimum and prevailing wage requirements is a plus.Strong academic credentials are required. Statistics background a plus.Candidate should have a proven record of attention to detail and be technology oriented.Proficiency in Excel is required.Excellent research, analytical and writing skills are required.Proven ability to work on a team where co-workers may be located in different offices.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.Please note, we are not working with outside recruiters on this position.
Benefits
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $182,500 and $210,000. In accordance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York City position is between $230,000 and $270,000. In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $230,000 and $280,000. In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $182,500 and $210,000. In accordance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act, the expected salary range for this DC position is between $210,000 and $240,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. The application deadline for this position is 12/31/2024.
