Key Role:Manage day-to-day efforts to deploy, integrate, moderate, and adopt SaaS-based employee insights and analytics tools to support well-being and improve productivity across Booz Allen’s enterprise. Leverage collaboration, business intelligence, and data analysis skills to optimize the usage and adoption of the tool and help in communicating its value to both technical and business stakeholders. Maintain responsibility for supporting the roadmap that aligns with the vendor’s updates and the organization’s goals. Assist with the training and support the team that ensures a smooth and seamless experience for all users. Collect and analyze user feedback and provide actionable insights to the product development team. Work closely with IT and People Services teams to ensure that employees have the tools and knowledge to leverage the analytics for improving productivity and well-being. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications2+ years of experience with deploying workplace analytics platforms, such as Viva Insights2+ years of experience in a role deploying technology solutions within an enterprise environmentExperience with PowerBi, SQL, or Python for data extraction, manipulation, and visualizationExperience in Microsoft 365 applications, including Viva InsightsExperience translating collected data and feedback into continuous actionable improvements or a business caseKnowledge of workplace analytics and employee well-being strategiesAbility to engage and instruct users of varying technical proficienciesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or BusinessAdditional Qualifications:Experience with automation conceptsPossession of excellent organizational and training skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
