Faulkner University is seeking an experienced and creative individual to serve as
Associate Director
for the University Marketing department. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on skills in copywriting, graphic design, photography, and videography. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive enrollment and raise awareness of our new Risk Management BS program, while also serving other university marketing needs. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) position.Summary of Duties:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Faulkner's new Risk Management Bachelor of Science program across online and on-ground platforms.Collaborate with program director, marketing teams, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the University's goals.Assist in the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and event-based initiatives.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.Write compelling and persuasive copy for various platforms, including web content, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.Ensure all messaging aligns with Faulkner University's brand voice and objectives.Design visually appealing marketing materials, including digital ads, posters, flyers, and social media graphics.Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, ensuring a cohesive and professional appearance.Capture and produce high-quality photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional materials.Edit and optimize visual content for various platforms.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field required.Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media advertising, and email marketing required.Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing with a focus on higher education.Experience in copywriting, graphic design, photography, and videography.Knowledge of relevant software programs including Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Active member of the church of Christ.For initial application submit:ResumeEmployment is conditional upon a satisfactory background check and verification of work authorization through E-Verify.Non-discrimination statement:
