Televisa Univision is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant responsible for providing confidential, high-level support to multiple executives within our dynamic and growing media organization. The Executive Assistant will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks and provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship, with a willingness to support other executives, as needed. This individual must be proactive, resourceful, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will take immense pride in their work, have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion while maintaining a professional, friendly, and collaborative demeanor.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
(aka Responsibilities)
Manage the executives’ day, learning to anticipate requests and information needed to ensure that they are prepared, and the days operate smoothly and efficiently with minimum surprises.Maintain an extremely active calendar of appointments, extensive and at times complex travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for travel, meetings, agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.Manage multiple competing priorities daily and execute within set guidelines, taking initiative to assist as issues arise and find/propose solutions to problems as they arise.Receive and screen communications including telephone calls and use independent judgment to discern issues that require priority attention.Research, extract, and compile data for the executive and team for routine and special projects.Respond to requests for information from external and internal sources in a timely and accurate manner.Coordinate calendars for team meetings and events, meeting locations, meals, and activities, as needed.Organize and maintain filing system and order office supplies.Compose and prepare correspondence (presentations, memos, emails) on request, as may be needed.Maintain discretion regarding confidential information that passes through the office of the executives.Leverage technology to achieve greater efficiency in supporting the Executives.Availability to connect and communicate outside traditional work hours, as needed.
Minimum Requirements:5+ years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant at C-suite level.Experience managing and effectively working with others to prioritize busy calendars across C-suite attendees.Experience preparing complex travel arrangements that often change quickly.Spanish & English fluency - excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Proven organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, and an eye for consistent accuracy.Excellent telephone skills and etiquette.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe, and social/digital platforms.
Desired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree.Proactivity and openness to working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude.Media/Entertainment industry experience is a plus.Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.Ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions.Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision.Thorough and exhibit an ability to see projects/tasks through to completion.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000.00 + Benefits
