Entertainment Tonight is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Producer. The ideal candidate will have superior organizational and communication skills; be highly motivated and meticulous; and can remain calm under pressure. Job responsibilities include standard assistant duties, team coordinating, and other department administrative needs. This position requires work on multiple tasks and projects at the same time, in a fast-moving, high-energy and ever-changing production environment.Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage complex scheduling and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties using multiple calendars, and anticipating potential conflicts in advanceMaintain contact lists, meeting attendee email groups and meeting agendasCoordinate travel schedules and arrangements for both international and domestic travelPrepare, process, and track expense reportsCompose routine e-mail correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communicationAssist other senior leaders, as necessaryPlan and prepare meeting rooms/meetings with internal teams and third partiesProvide additional office supportCirculate timely information and materials to the appropriate partiesResearch potential projects and upcoming meeting participantsBe on site to assist EP and help with production needsBasic Qualifications:
Working knowledge of production operationsFluent in navigating Google docs, Outlook, and ZoomAdditional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or other film/television-related experience preferredDemonstrate initiative by expertly self-starting tasks that ensure the day runs smoothlyExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Approachable style and ability to effectively and professionally work with high level executives, staff, and business associates both internal and externalStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and organize various projects while maintaining excellent follow through and delivering efficient resultsStrong people skills, demonstrate ability to work on a team and willingness to give assistance to co-workers in other areasMust handle department business with the utmost confidentialityA positive approach while working in a rapidly changing business environmentHiring Salary Range: $22.00 - 25.00.The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
