Join us in our fast-paced support to develop, advance, and sustain weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) and its mission partners. You will be joining a team of personnel with experience and an in-depth understanding of the environments that include ground, near-space, space, and any system that operates in those environments to meet current and projected strategic, operational, and tactical needs for the Department of Defense (DoD). QinetiQ is a mission-led innovation company that works with the USSF and DoD to design, develop, field, and maintain requirements essential to national security and the survivability of the warfighter.We are seeking an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing a wide-range of military and/or civilian executive-level support services. This includes supporting functions such as protocol, information management, and administrative support activities for Executive Staff Support Functions, Military Protocol Information Management/Operations Support, Senior Leaders, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Senior Leaders within the Government, Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), or profit/non-profit government support/development contracting company, with at least four (4) years including duties/assignments in support of DoD programs.Responsibilities

Provide executive-level administrative support and office management, including but not limited to, handling information requests, office support services, managing executive schedules, planning government travel, coordinating staff activities, arranging meetings, and performing other clerical functions.Assist and advise the Government in analyzing, interpreting, monitoring, disseminating, and resolving all tasks, to include but not limited to, internal and external organization inquiries, requests and Task Management Tool or TMT tasks.Helping to ensure documents are in compliance with Space Systems Command, Space Force, Air Force, and DoD policy, laws, and regulations.Shall develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases as well as assist with managing Government record keeping.Attend and support administration of meetings and reviews including scheduling, security controls, and/or execution as well as capturing action items and minutes for dissemination to participants.Assist with the submission and processing of military and civilian awards and decorations as well as manage the tracking and scheduling of award timelines and boards.Develop and maintain schedules using Microsoft Suite applications (e.g., Microsoft Project experience preferred).Required Qualifications

Experience in performing a wide-range of military and/or civilian executive-level support services.Demonstrated ability to oversee and support functions such as protocol, information management, and administrative support activities for Executive Staff Support Functions, Military Protocol Information Management/Operations Support, Senior Leaders, and external stakeholders.Experience supporting Senior Leaders within the Government, Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), or profit/non-profit government support/development contracting company, with at least four (4) years including duties/assignments in support of DoD programs.Experience and expertise using DTS and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to identify and solve problems.Bachelors Degree.5+ years of relevant experience recognition.TS/SCI Eligibility; #qinetiqclearedjob.Preferred Qualifications
