This role supervises Coworkers in Portfolio Management and will collaborate closely with Business Finance as a key partner representing Distribution, Transmission, and Substation.This role also oversees the management of financial processes and improvement opportunities for PG&E’s electric portfolio.This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of the range described below,
but the decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable salary range is:Minimum:
$151,000.00Midpoint:
$204,000.00Maximum: $257,000.00Job ResponsibilitiesSupervises all employees in Portfolio Management. Collaborates closely with Business Finance as a key partner representing Distribution, Transmission, and Substation. Oversees the management of financial processes and improvement opportunities for PG&E’s electric portfolio.Develops and manages Portfolio Management’s group goals. Establishes strategic direction for the Portfolio Management group. Fosters the group culture and manages the working environment. Translates major functional/department goals, projects and programs.Applies extensive expertise and consultation the development of strategy and resolution of complex issues. Provides career mentoring to employees. Possesses the ability to manage budgets and pro-actively identify opportunities/issues. Supports senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.Continually applies, and guides others to apply understanding of company goals and strategies to everyday work and tasks. Coaches and mentors less experienced employees.Demonstrates extensive subject matter expertise regarding the anticipation and resolution of complex issues that regularly involve senior management and limited information.
