is seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
to join our corporate finance team.This position is designated as
hybrid (3 days week/in office)
in ideally one of the following NE STV offices:
New York City, NY, Newark, NJ, Atlanta, GA or Philadelphia, PA.The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and ability to make sense of complex financial data, demonstrated experience in FP&A roles with progressive levels of responsibility, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.Responsibilities:Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectivesCompile variance analysis, for overhead groups and operating units to ensure tracking to planPrepare weekly KPI reporting, monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management and Board of DirectorsAnalyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growthDrive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracyEvaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth initiativesDevelop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organizationMentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growthRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysisAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications, experience with budget software tools a plusIn-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reportingExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindsetCompensation Range:$128,289.89 - $171,053.19
