To be a qualified individual, an employee must be able to perform each of the essential functions of his or her job with or without a reasonable accommodation.Primary Responsibilities:Works alongside business representatives to develop, manage, and execute implementation plans for new or revitalized technology solutions.Support business process reengineering and change management to standardize and optimize business processes and systems.Works with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, define, document, and manage business requirements.Ensure that applicable construction technology solutions comply with company and client requirements.Work with business stakeholders to track and maintain implementation schedules.Support and provide executive and organizational project progress updates.Act as a liaison representing business user needs to third party system providers, consultants, and internal IT in support of existing and future systems.Assist with the initiating, planning, and implementation of data integrations to support workflow and automation improvements.Influence and drive process and standardization, where appropriate.Support and manage the development of SOPs and Training documentation.Develop, coordinate, and deliver training to the business, including but not limited to back-office support teams, field staff, and operational managers, as appropriate.Develop and deliver handover and training plans to construction technology support team for ongoing organizational support.Influences and drives process change and standardization, where appropriate.Manage evaluation and testing product beta releases and updates where appropriate.Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of future technology solutions.Secondary Responsibilities:Coordinate and communicate with organizational Innovation and Support Service team members to support and influence the testing of various technologies.Represents Alberici at industry conferences and events.Work alongside the Construction Technology Support group to provide ongoing technical support and training when applicable.Assist in generating and distributing company-wide communications related to construction technology initiatives and applications.Travel to Company and subsidiary offices; offsite client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings; and other locations across North America to fulfill the essential duties of the role as required.Regular and reliable attendance in person as required by your Supervisor, Company guidelines, and/or project and office obligations.Additional Duties and ResponsibilitiesModels and reinforces safety as a top priority of the organization.
