Hackensack OR ParsippanyJob Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, custody, alimony, and property division.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiation.Develop strategies for litigation, settlement, and negotiation in family law matters.Build and maintain strong client relationships through empathetic and effective counsel.Engage in consultative selling of legal services to potential clients, facilitating the contracting process and closing new business to meet firm growth goals.Participate in networking and business development opportunities to generate new clients.Requirements:Admission to the NJ bar.4+ years of experience in family law.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to explain family law concepts clearly to clients.Experience in consultative selling to attract and retain clients.Empathy and a commitment to enhancing clients' lives through compassionate counsel.Benefits:15 PTO days and firm-observed holidays.Potential for annual generation and target bonuses based on performance.Health and life insurance.Group options for dental, vision, and short and long-term disability.Simple IRA with a 3% match once eligible.
