As a Sr Lead Cybersecurity Architect at JPMorgan Chase within the Cyber Security organization, you are an integral part of a specialized security team enabling the delivery of secure and compliant network solutions at speed for the business. You are a trusted advisor incorporating knowledge of emerging threats, business goals and system design to secure JPMC networks across the globe. As a core technical contributor, you are an expert in attack paths across the technology stack, including tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) used by adversaries to exploit vulnerabilities. You contribute as a SME in threat modeling and risk analysis, shifting security left for securing JPMC Network solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesEngages technical teams and business stakeholders to discuss and propose technical approaches to meet current and future cybersecurity needs.Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall cybersecurity of software applications and systems.Leads security evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and assess cybersecurity design in existing systems and architecture.Leads communities of practice to drive awareness of different risks and threats in the space with a special focus on network secure practices on premise and in cloud.Leads threat modeling activities working with cross-functional teams to drive secure implementations.Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsFormal training or certification on security architecture practices in the network domain concepts and 5+ years applied experience.Deep expertise and knowledge of security architecture practices in the network domain with 8+ years applied experience.Hands-on practical experience delivering high quality threat models.Deep expertise in Network security and good understanding of applied cryptography.In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.Practical cloud expertise.Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture.Experience effectively communicating with senior business leaders.
