Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.Engage in client communication and case updates.Lead mediations and settlement negotiations.Take and defend depositions.Conduct legal research and draft necessary pleadings and motions.Develop case strategies tailored to each client.Represent clients in court and lead jury trials as the first chair.Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.Proven track record of handling 1st chair jury trials.Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar.Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.Experience in drafting and responding to motions.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active Massachusetts State Bar membership is required.Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.Strong organizational and case management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a legal team.Skilled in negotiation, mediation, and trial proceedings.Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.Job Location:
