As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with the President/CEO and staff to develop and implement the annual fundraising plan, aiming to expand philanthropic support for the organization.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Meet or exceed annual fundraising goals.Work with a grant writer to secure foundation grants.Grow individual donor base by 35% (including monthly giving and major gifts).Partner with the President/CEO to expand business and corporate donations.Design and implement donor appreciation events with fundraising staff.Oversee fundraising activities, including direct mail, e-appeals, and online giving.Create budgets for fundraising initiatives.Train, motivate, and evaluate development staff and volunteers.Manage acknowledgment processes for gifts.Administer fundraising communications, including invitations, solicitations, and collateral.Maintain donor information, including data entry and tracking.Assess and recommend tools for fundraising effectiveness.Handle administrative tasks, including correspondence and document management.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:A combination of experience, training, and/or education relevant to the role.3-5 years of experience in fundraising, with proven success in meeting goals.Bachelor's degree in fundraising, marketing, communications, or a related field.Knowledge of donor stewardship and innovative fundraising techniques.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor management software.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Passion for technology digital inclusion and Our Client's mission.Experience in managing effective fundraising programs.Understanding of nonprofit management and industry trends.Ability to coordinate donor relations and stewardship activities.Commitment to confidentiality and protocols.Strong follow-through skills and relationship-building abilities.Flexibility and calm under pressure.Team-oriented, with effective communication across diverse populations.Willingness to accommodate after-hours needs for meetings and presentations.Familiarity with the local philanthropic community is preferred.This role presents an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of Veterans and their families through effective fundraising strategies.TECHEAD's mission is to make our on-site associates successful by placing them in the right environment so they can grow and prosper.
