Junior Achievement of Greater Miami has full-time Director of Fundraising and Development in Miami, Florida.
The Director of Fundraising and Development will play a pivotal role in amplifying our impact across the region by spearheading the development and execution of a robust philanthropy program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a philanthropy strategy to secure new donors, including individual, corporate, foundation, and government donors.
- Lead the Philanthropy team, providing strategic direction and leadership.
- Cultivate community philanthropic partnerships and professional advisor networks to enhance fundraising efforts.
- Manage all types of gifts, including non-cash, deferred, and testamentary gifts, focusing on planned giving.
- Collaborate with the President, CEO, Leadership Team, and Board to build relationships that drive positive change in Miami.
- Use data insights to improve fundraising strategies and track donor information via a comprehensive database.
- Set and achieve annual fundraising goals while managing donor solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship.
- Establish policies, procedures, and a systematic approach to guide all philanthropic activities and maximize fundraising efforts.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (master's preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or Business Development related roles.
- Proven track record of securing major gifts and building donor relationships or similar experiences.
- Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in donor management software.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Pay Range
$90,000.00 Annually to $95,000.00 Annually
