Pay Range
$115,000.00 Annually to $125,000.00 Annually

We are currently seeking a Production Manager for our Grand Prairie, TX location.
Job Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for all aspects of production and team members.
- Hiring and training of new team members following company onboarding procedure with support from HR
- Adhere to all company rules and guidelines per the Employee Handbook
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing all personnel on resources and equipment.
- Provide coaching and assistance to all employees to accomplish daily tasks, motivating organizing and encouraging teamwork within their teams to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Responsible for managing all production employees' productivity tracking and record management.
- Perform quality audits during shifts to ensure all employees are following guidelines.
- Recognize and take steps to resolve operating problems to minimize their impact on operations.
- Liaise with procurement and logistics to ensure continuous stock. Managing the correct receipt and storage of all incoming products.
- Participate in production meetings with head office.
- Adhere to the production delivery schedule and communicate any deviation from the schedule so it can be communicated back to the customer.
Job Requirements
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Hands-on team player
- Experience complying with Health & Safety
- Able to use various software
- Able to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with other departments and customers.
