hrough Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to Payer Access Pull through.Analyze and evaluate current Payer Access Pull Through processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Payer Access pull-through across the commercial enterprise.Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the Payer Access Pull through landscape.Collaborate with the E2E teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies and goals.Utilize hands-on experience with UX/UI to contribute to the design and development of user-friendly tools and systems, including Veeva CRM-integrated pull through tools.Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to Payer Access Pull Through.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Payer contracting, Access and Pull Through.Business Systems Analyst - Payer Access Pull Through Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Payer Access Pull Through in the healthcare industry.Experience with UX/UI, with the ability to contribute to the design and development of optimal field and home office user experiences, and user-friendly tools/systems.Experience with Veeva CRM or comparable field force CRM.Excellent data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative solutions.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
