Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Payer Access Pull-Through to join our team. This role involves analyzing and optimizing payer access tools and strategies and collaborating across teams to enhance pull-through efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, strategic thinking, UX/UI experience, and data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements for Payer Access Pull-Through.
• Assess current tools and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve Payer Access pull-through across the organization.
• Conduct research on industry trends and payer access strategies to inform decision-making.
• Work closely with end-to-end (E2E) teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of objectives.
• Use UX/UI experience to help design user-friendly, Veeva CRM-integrated tools for field and office use.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights that impact Payer Access Pull-Through.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry best practices and trends in Payer contracting, access, and pull-through.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Payer Access Pull-Through in healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional interactions.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills focused on innovative solutions.
• Hands-on UX/UI experience in designing user-centered tools and systems.
• Proficient in data analysis with a strong understanding of data analysis tools.
• Experience with Veeva CRM or similar field force CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
