This drives innovation, decision-making, and allows us to better serve our patients, healthcare professionals, and consumers.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:Utilize sales and marketing data to develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve patient access with a focus on ROAS/ROI.Collaborate and partner effectively with various stakeholders across the enterprise, including Marketing/Sales, Commercial Insight, Finance and Managed Market teams across the US to identify analytics needs and formulate analysis plans.Conduct cross-portfolio ad-hoc analyses (e.g. marketing mix, test/control, subnational trend assessment) according to US Pharma’s business needs, and in support of US enterprise workstreams and senior management requests.Conduct brand & portfolio consumer-segment, campaign, and channel analytics and implement marketing performance measurement processes such as Marketing Mix Optimization and campaign assessment ROI.Standardize analytic processes to monitor and measure performance across brands continually.Coordinate with the offshore team and partner with them on various projects, setting project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.Create presentations and communicate results/findings to internal stakeholders.Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field, with 6+ years of indicative experience in developing product-level ML algorithms (4+ with a Masters).Knowledge in statistics and probabilities is required.Experience creating production-level Python & SQL models.Excellent problem-solving and data analytic skills, with a working knowledge of various statistical modeling techniques and their application within complex analytical projects, e.g., machine learning techniques, regression modeling, Bayesian modeling, decision trees and related tree enhancement techniques, promotion response modeling, ROI and Test-control analysis, etc.Experience in translating analysis and modeling into insightful narratives.Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Master's degree in computer science or a related field, with 4+ years of indicative experience in developing product-level ML algorithms.Working knowledge of healthcare/pharma datasets, such as patient claims data.Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.Python coding experience exceeding 4,000 hours is preferred. Interviews will test knowledge of Python.Experience with Data Visualization tools, and Apache Spark.Experience in Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo modeling is a plus, as is familiarity with PyTorch, SciKit, PyMC or TensorFlow.Expertise in all regression modeling techniques (multi-variate and logistical).Lead and manage end-to-end analytical projects and deliver meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
