Troy Consulting, a diverse business management consulting firm, is seeking an enterprising individual to join our growing team of Consultants as a remote Senior Program Manager with our client in Redmond, WA.
Troy's client partner, an industry-leading global computer software company, has an immediate need for a highly-skilled program manager with prior demonstrated work experience successfully driving new solutions development within a sales-focused organization, preferably in the computer software, information technology, or professional/consulting services space.
Well-qualified candidates also must:
Have previously worked as a hands-on Project Manager with process and requirements development experience.
Have experience supporting sales operations or sales enablement project(s).
Have extraordinary business acumen, great written and verbal communication, and fine-tuned management presentation skills.
Be available, without restriction, to begin an 18-month fully remote client engagement.
Have experience supporting large scale programs and want to build your experience in other organizations and continue developing relationships there.
Want to work with clients that you feel value and appreciate the quality and expertise you bring to their projects/organizations.

What will you be doing?
Providing overall Program Management along with hands-on Project Management and Business Process/Requirements management to support new and enhanced processes and technology for a team focused on enterprise level Customer Experience and Success with the larger goal of Account Planning, Sales Opportunities, and Pursuits. The team is responsible for evolving, modernizing, and growing their Sales Operations efforts.
Drive and influence collaboration and coordination with other Program Managers, key stakeholders across business and engineering organizations to oversee and report upon overall program efforts to all levels of management.
Clearly articulate the features and capabilities that must be released and launched and drive efforts forward to all levels of stakeholders.
Coordinate and assist Project Managers to ensure all workstreams are progressing, developing/reviewing/updating Project Management documentation.
Capture, develop, track and verify business requirements with business stakeholders and engineering counterparts through testing and launch.
Work closely with engineering teams to minimize churn.
Providing all around flexible and agile team support and jump in with people, business, and technical skills to get the job done.

Prior experience in the professional/consulting services space.
Ability to solve complex issues.
Microsoft experience a plus.
