If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel in strategic planning, and have a proven track record of building successful client relationships, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.Collaborate closely with the program and project management teams, including our Sales Program Manager, to align business development efforts with project delivery capabilities.Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to clients’ unique needs and industry trends.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.Provide strategic insights and feedback to enhance our product and service offerings based on client interactions.Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and setting performance targets.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client engagement initiatives.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.3-5 years of progressive experience in business development and sales, preferably within the technology or automation domain.Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.Strong understanding of the automation and AI landscape and key market trends.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Previous experience leading and mentoring a sales team is highly desirable.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Analytical thinker with a results-oriented mindset and keen business acumen.NOTE: Due to Federal client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered, and candidates cannot have dual citizenship.
