Venteur is seeking a strategic and results-oriented chief financial officer (CFO) to lead its financial operations and drive its financial strategy. The CFO will be crucial in shaping the company's financial future, ensuring robust financial health, and supporting our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy:

Develop and execute the financial strategy to support the company’s growth, product development, and profitability goals.Financial Planning & Analysis:

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives.Monthly Financial Reporting:

Prepare and present monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Burn Rate reports to provide clear visibility into financial performance.Board and Investor Reporting:

Manage financial reporting to the Board and investors, delivering updates and insights on company performance and projections.Reporting & Compliance:

Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and uphold strong internal controls.Treasury Management:

Direct treasury functions to optimize cash flow, investment, and financial performance.Team Leadership:

Lead and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.Risk Management:

Identify and manage financial risks to protect company assets, mitigate exposure, and support long-term resilience.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO or similar position with a Fintech company with institutional investment (Series A to C). Healthcare technology experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive financial performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated success in high-growth environments.Additional Expertise (Preferred)

Fundraising and Capital Allocation:

Ability to contribute to future fundraising initiatives, support relationship management with investors, and develop capital allocation strategies aligned with growth and financial objectives.Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:

Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to explore strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or M&A opportunities and assess the financial impact of new ventures.Financial Technology and Systems Integration:

Implement financial technology solutions that support scalability, automation, and accuracy in finance and accounting processes.Data-Driven Insights:

Implement data-driven insights and predictive analytics to guide business performance and growth. Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to integrate financial insights.Change Management and Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead through change, building adaptable processes in dynamic, high-growth environments.What We Offer You
