Position: CDL Driver/ Laborer

We are currently seeking a CDL Truck Driver with Tanker endorsement to join our Field Service Center Team. Other tasks may include but not limited to carrying materials and heavy objects, stacking materials, and maintaining the Yard. This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction. This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.

Qualifications: * CDL A w/ Tanker endorsement required * 2+ years experience operating Class B straight trucks and rollbacks. * 2+ years experience operating Class A tractor with Lowboy, flatbed, and tilt deck trailers. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Operating /driving CDL type truck * Thorough knowledge of DOT rules, particularly load securement and hours of service. * Ability to climb up and down off trailers / equipment safely. * Computer literacy required- electronic logs are used, and computer program is used for time entry. Will train on these specific systems. * Ability to communicate effectively with others by phone, in person or through email. * Willingness to perform cross functional tasks as part of the team Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds from ground level to waist level and assist with loading and/or unloading * Must be able to be bounced around when driving on very rough terrain. Must be willing to help in other construction related tasks when not driving. * Must be able to climb into cab of truck and climb down from the truck cab * Must be able to bend, squat, and kneel to perform essential tasks including maint nance and inspection of equipment * Must be able to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands to move levers/controls to operate the truck and dump attachment * Required to have acceptable corrected vision in both eyes and acceptable corrected hearing * Must be able to work outdoors in wet, muddy, cold, hot and humid weather.
