Our enterprise-level client in Walpole, MA, has a need for an IT Support Engineer. Please see below for full details-Job Notes:--5 month contract--Onsite in Walpole, MA--Drug & Background check required.--Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)--Pay Rate = $24-27 w2 per hour depending on experience.From the client:
End User Device Install, Repair, Setup, Configuration, Upgrade. Office Moves/Setup and Minimal migration.Main Responsibilities:Perform a range of technical work activities either remotely or at customer site to meet business and customer requirements.Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company process to meet business and customer requirements.Document and reports on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met and evaluate escalations and action appropriately to ensure customer demands are met.Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.The Ideal Candidate:Able to follow instructions and proceduresProven experience in IT Desktop Service environment.Uses information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the roleDemonstrates an organized approach to work.Demonstrates customer service abilitiesRoutine administrative skillsGood interpersonal skills, basic literacy and numeracy skillsDemonstrates awareness of health and safety at work.Why Choose Merge IT?We have a team of talented and ambitious professionals that drive growth by identifying and delivering top quality IT talent for our Fortune 100, enterprise-level clients (aka Big Name' - think big banks, big pharma, etc.).We would love to connect with you!
