Join us!Job Responsibilities:This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:Developing a technology strategy and ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards.Promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices.Advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices.Coaching, mentoring, providing feedback, and hands-on career development.Identifying emerging talent and fostering leadership skills.Managing stakeholders and responding to audit and regulatory requests as needed.Investigating and troubleshooting complex technical issues, performing root-cause analysis for high-severity issues, and providing permanent resolution.Communicating effectively with senior technology and business leadership.Working closely with Cybersecurity, audit, compliance, legal, and stakeholders to define access policies, user roles, and access control procedures.Qualifications:10+ years of professional development/technology experience.5+ years of experience leading development teams.Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and respond to rapidly changing demands.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.Strong background in technology engineering.Strong understanding of application testing, quality control, change, and release management.Working knowledge of strategic development tools (JIRA, Jenkins, Artifactory, etc.).Working knowledge of databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, Neo4J.Good understanding or hands-on experience with JSON, REST, and SOAP.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and experience in deploying and managing Access Management solutions on cloud platforms.Desired:10+ years’ experience in IAM working on complex projects and programs.Hands-on development experience with REACT, Angular, JAVA.Skills:InfluenceRisk ManagementSolution DesignStakeholder ManagementTechnical Strategy DevelopmentAnalytical ThinkingApplication DevelopmentCollaborationResult OrientationSolution Delivery ProcessAgile PracticesArchitectureAutomationData ManagementDevOps PracticesShift:

Pay range $134,900.00 - $217,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan and benefits are currently available.
