SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) that will work closely with each department's management team and head to provide strategic HR support. The HRBP is responsible for areas such as talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement to support the achievement of organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the goals of the company and each department.Develop the strategy for headcount and HR costs, including the hiring plan, and manage it.Drive and manage organizational change projects.Support and improve performance management processes.Develop employee engagement and retention strategies.Design and implement talent development programs.Review and create company policies and guidelines in line with the latest laws and employment environment.Improve HR process, including day-to-day operation.Measure and report the effectiveness of HR initiatives using data analysis.Handle other projects, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in HR or related field.10+ years of broad-based working experience in HR related fields.3+ years of experience managing or leading HR day-to-day operations.Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).Proficiency in HR software and tools.HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) such as Workday, SAP, and ADP.Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), Power BI, and Tableau.Performance management systems, including goal setting and feedback tools.Learning Management Systems (LMS) for managing and tracking training programs.
JOB CHARACTERISTICSExcellent communication skills, including interpersonal, writing, and speaking.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-starter who takes initiative and makes fact-based decisions.High level of emotional intelligence.Effective conflict resolution skills.Full understanding of the business processes within the company.Ability to work effectively, knowledgeably, and collaboratively with a wide range of internal company functions and external officials or representatives.
