The Legal Recruiting Coordinator serves as a link between the firm, law students, and summer associates. This role involves managing various aspects of the recruitment process, from initial contact to post-offer activities, and ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates. The coordinator will work closely with the Legal Recruiting Manager, Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator, and other administrative departments to support the firm's hiring and summer associate programs.Duties and Responsibilities

Acts as point of contact for attorneys, summer associates, and law students via phone, email, and in-person.Schedules screening and callback interviews for summer associate candidates.Schedules post-offer meetings, receptions, lunches, and dinners for summer associate candidates.Works with Legal Recruiting Manager on tracking interview evaluations, hiring targets, and other recruiting data for the Hiring Committee.Works with Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator on tracking summer associate evaluations and projects for the Summer Committee.Coordinates summer associate events which includes securing venues, reviewing contracts, communicating with vendors, etc.Coordinates summer associate orientation by drafting pre-summer communications, updating orientation documents, coordinating signage, and communicating with other administrative departments.Pulls reports in LawCruit relevant to the summer associate program and law student recruiting process.Coordinates on-campus and virtual recruiting events at various law schools.Ability to work overtime during busy periods and attend summer and fall events, when necessary.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Required:Bachelor's degree2 years of recruiting experience in a law firm environment or equivalent education and work experienceProficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPointPrior experience with database managementOther Skills and Abilities:
