The Partner Relations Process Manager reports to the Director of Partner Relations and works closely with Senior Leadership in the daily management of processes related to the integration, transfer, governance, and separation of Partners. The Partner Relations Process Manager will implement organizational process improvement collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with the Firm's business strategy. The incumbent will oversee end-to-end operations, facilitate and guide organized processes, foster relationships with a multi-department collaborative team, and play a lead role in communications with stakeholders involved in the processes.Duties and Responsibilities
Understand the day-to-day workflow of the Partner Relations processes, and act as an internal consultant by identifying and recommending process improvement solutions. Enforce quality assurance and ensure adequate reporting.Manage through unexpected issues such as date and requirement changes. Keep all stages of the process on track which may include taking into account personnel gaps and priority deadlines and being available outside standard business hours to liaise with stakeholders across differing time zones.Design, centralize, and implement the Partner Relations process workflows using various firm tools.Implement tracking system for actions related to Partner status changes.Oversee daily operations, resolve issues, and troubleshoot issues as needed.Monitor and report to Senior Leadership about the status, issues, and concerns of partner onboarding, transfers, governance, and departures.Support leadership and functional stakeholders by assessing their needs and providing recommendations for process improvements or system enhancements; gather feedback on current state and present recommendations for future state.Promote culture of organizational effectiveness. Develop or refine guidelines as needed for participants involved in the Partner Relations Processes including policies, practices, and procedures. Provide training and best practices to those involved in the processes.Lead all change management activities, such as roll-out and communication related to any new firm workflow processes with guidance from firm leadership.Collaborate with outside departments on special projects as needed.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
