A successful candidate will be comfortable working with a team of top-notch developers and collaborating with our systems, test, safety and security teams. We’re looking for someone who innovates and loves solving hard problems. You will work hard, have fun, and of course, make history!Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of technical product or program management experience7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience3+ years of software development experience5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experienceExperience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experienceExperience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadershipAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
